Talk about the rudest person in the world!!He's basically stalking my company.

He insults my boss, my intelligence and my workers. He will not stop his harassing phone calls, and doesn't care about people's feelings. He's hurtful and spiteful and just plain rude! I have never seen such poor customer service and had a man be so obsessive about ensuring that we work with him.

That's what he is, obsessed. We will NEVER do business with him, but that doesn't matter, it's a game for him to see if we will surrender. When I told him to stop calling because we didn't want to do business with him he literally said "Well, that doesn't matter, I'm still going to keep calling". He has intimidated, tormented and scared our employees so that we are afraid to answer the phone.

He will not take no for an answer and that is NOT in a good way. I cannot express more how horrible it is to do business with him. And we haven't even done business with him!! He's stalking us with no purpose!

I warn you, do not seek out his business or his help.He is sick!

I could not believe when I read the first post on here. The EXACT same thing happened to me when Mr Keoughan started calling my office and my boss told me he did not wish to speak to him.

Tom would not take no for an answer. For nearly a month he called daily and harassed me because I would not connect him with my boss (per my boss's explicit instructions). This man was unbelievably rude even when I tried to help him. I said my boss was incredibly busy (the owner of a company) and that he does not accept unsolicited calls.

Tom then went on to call both my boss and myself rude, and continued calling constantly until finally I had another assistant pretend to be my boss and get him to stop!

He didn't even have anything important to say - he was just cold calling to see if we needed any help with hirings! This man is rude, unprofessional and will NEVER get any business from me or my company!

Well, what we have here is an anonymous attack. It’s impossible to know if this person is credible or what then real motivation is. The reason that they have chosen to remain anonymous is because they know that they could be sued for slander. The perfect defense against a slander charge is to prove that what you said is true. This person apparently didn’t feel comfortable that what they are saying is true and so chose to say it anonymously. In fact, they don’t even really make sense – “I cannot express more how horrible it is to do business with him. And we haven’t even done business with him!” Huh? And “I have never seen such poor customer service.” Uh, gee I thought we never did business with them.

What I can tell you is that in the recruiting business, unfortunately, you do make some enemies. How does that happen? Well, if a company treats its people poorly then those people will want to move on to greener pastures. I am in the business of helping people move on to greener pastures. I often help a lot of people leave the same company and I do it over and over again. I’ve been continuously recruiting people out of some of the same companies for twenty years. Why? Because their treatment of their employees doesn’t improve. When a company like this finds out how many people I have helped move on, some of them get very angry. Since, I have been at this for almost thirty years there are a number of angry companies out...

Occasionally, one of these companies will threaten a lawsuit, which of course, they never follow up on. Recruiting is an honorable profession. I am doing nothing either wrong or illegal. It’s just an attempt at intimidation. I will confess that I am guilty of not being easily intimidated. I had one company president threaten to sue me and in the same phone conversation ask how he could get me to work for him. Needless to say, I declined. Another company president shouted to meet me in his company parking lot, presumably so he could “beat me up”. Ho hum. Some of these guys will do almost anything to be able to continue abusing their employees without consequence. I’m sure you know the type.

I guess the new tactic is anonymous internet attacks. I am very sure that I know who this company is. We have been recruiting heavily from them lately. Their president called and screamed at me to stop or he would “get me”. *I guess this is what he meant. The truth is that if I had really done something wrong and they were really that upset, they would have done something real about it. Of course, all they have to do is treat their people fairly and with respect and I won’t be able to recruit them out of there. This company president can expect that I will keep helping his employees move on to greener pastures for as along as he continues to mistreat them.
